The GATEX G-75 Standard fiberglass mesh must be embedded into a fresh base coat layer (2–3 mm) applied over insulation boards.
Installation steps:
● Unroll vertically from top to bottom.
● Press the mesh into the adhesive with a float or spatula.
● Maintain at least 10 cm overlaps between strips.
● Avoid folds, creases, or trapped air bubbles.
● Apply a second adhesive layer to fully cover the mesh.
Important:
Mesh overlaps must not coincide with insulation board joints.
At corners, windows, and door edges, insert diagonal reinforcement patches (approx. 20 × 30 cm) to strengthen stress-prone zones.
