The GATEX G145 Standard fiberglass mesh must be embedded into a base layer of smoothing adhesive (min. 2–3 mm) applied to the insulation surface. Follow these steps for optimal installation:

Unroll the mesh vertically from top to bottom
Embed evenly using a float or spatula
Maintain a minimum 10 cm overlap between mesh strips
Avoid folds, creases, or trapped air
Apply a second adhesive layer over the mesh for full coverage

Important:

Mesh overlaps must not coincide with insulation board seams.
In vulnerable areas such as wall corners and window/door openings, apply diagonal reinforcement pieces (approx. 20 × 30 cm) to strengthen against cracking and localized stress.
