The GATEX G-75 Professional fiberglass mesh should be fully embedded in a 2–3 mm layer of base coat adhesive applied on the insulation board surface.
Installation Steps:
● Unroll vertically from top to bottom.
● Press into fresh adhesive with a float or trowel to ensure full coverage.
● Overlap adjacent strips by at least 10 cm.
● Avoid folds, creases, and air pockets.
● Apply a second adhesive layer to completely cover the mesh.
Important:
Overlaps must not align with panel joints.
At windows, doors, and corners, install additional reinforcement patches (approx. 20 × 30 cm) to increase impact resistance.
