Our core manufacturing capability is fiberglass reinforcement mesh production through a controlled in-house process covering warping of sourced glass fibre yarn, weaving, coating/impregnation, drying/curing, finishing and final inspection.GATEX manufactures reinforcement mesh in multiple product grades and specifications for ETICS, façade and thermal insulation applications, with approximately 4.5 million m² produced annually. Our manufacturing process combines controlled weaving, precision coating and documented quality procedures to ensure consistency, traceability and reliable product performance.Qualifying GATEX reinforcement mesh products are ETA-assessed and CE-marked, while the company operates certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
